GENERAL DESCRIPTION


            Delta Air Quality Services, Inc. (Delta) is an environmental services organization specializing in emissions measurement and environmental consulting.  Conveniently located in Orange, California, Delta serves customer locations ranging from the greater Southern California area to all parts of the United States and overseas.  Delta’s staff has extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of air emissions from a wide variety of stationary sources including:

DELTA EQUIPMENT RESOURCES


            Delta has equipment and facilities for the measurement of emissions from a wide variety of stationary source categories.  This includes mobile laboratory facilities, portable field testing equipment, offices, workshop, and sample analysis areas.  Our equipment meets or exceeds the requirements of regulatory agencies.  A brief summary of the equipment resources is provided in the table below.  Delta’s staff has extensive experience in the design, procurement, operation and maintenance of this type of equipment.  They have assembled systems for others.

           The equipment listed above is all based at Delta’s Orange, California facility.  Additional equipment is acquired as necessary to meet project needs.  Specifically, Delta has arrangements for the use of other mobile emissions monitoring systems based in Southern California, and agreements to rent or lease additional wet chemical sampling systems to accommodate any project needs.

          Delta Air Quality Services, Inc. is headquartered in Orange, California.  The 7,000 square foot building houses offices, laboratory, and shop space.  The location is convenient to the industrial centers of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties, and the rest of Southern California and the Western United States.

        Delta has received approval from both the South Coast Air Quality Management District under their Laboratory Approval Program and the State of California under their Independent Contractor Approval Program.  We have conducted compliance test programs in many regulatory jurisdictions including:
