PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Prior to establishing Delta Air Quality Services, Inc., Mr. Pease worked for Southern California Edison Company. He has 17 years experience in combustion systems testing at both gas and coal-fired utility boilers where he performed source test at all of the units in the Southern California Edison system. While at SCE, he was involved in the fabrication of a mobile laboratory and gas conditioning/sampling system.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
· Compliance testing for SCR, urea injection, CEM systems, which includes RATA and linearity testing
· Field test programs for boiler optimization and to establish baseline NOx, O2, CO emissions on fuel-oil heaters, IC engines, and gas turbines
· PM10 particulate testing on coal-fired boilers
Mr. Pease is familiar with EPA Test Methods 1 through 8 and 17, as well as CARB and SCAQMD test methods. He is also familiar with the quality assurance activities required to perform successful source tests.
